Steps to make the file a fillable form:

​1- click on the form you need

2- It will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click "save as"

3- Name the document. Click Save

4- Double click in the form where you want to type and begin typing.

5- Click save. Close the saved document, then email the form to the Pastor and church secretary.
